Bland diet/ probioti: Avoid foods that are irritating to the stomach like orange juice, tomato products including ketchup, spicy foods, and sodas. Bland or "braty" diet- bananas/rice/apple sauce/ toast/yogurt can be soothing. Ginger in tea or flat soda may also help.

See pediatrician: Make sure your child is well hydrated. He probably has a viral gastroenteritis but if he is continuing to have symptoms have him checked out!

Best to see pediatri: Is your son still vomiting? Diarrea? Is he eating? Most importantly is he drinking. Make sure he is not dehydrated . If gravol did not help, he needs to be seen by his pediatrician for check and medication. In the meantime try the brat diet if he tolerates it (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast ). Also give him sips of water and pedialyte. Good luck.
