A member asked:

When a baby has roseola, is it normal to fever coming back when the body is still covered with rash? or should it be high only before rash appears?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not usually: The sequela of roseola is that the fever resolves and then the rash appears. If the fever is persisting, it could be something else besides roseola. In any case if the fever still recurs, then it's time to follow up with the doctor again. Good health.
