Treat agoraphobia: Consult with a psychologist competent in treating agoraphobia with a cognitive-behavioral approach. Try and find someone who uses a structured step by step treatment program. You will be trained to master techniques that will help you manage your anxiety and re-establish your sense of control.

CBT: Seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in phobias. One method they use is systematic desensitization which slowly and incrementally brings the person closer and closer to the thing they are afraid of in slow, graduated steps that help make the anxiety more tolerable.

VRT for Phobias: Phobias and anxieties respond well to Virtual Reality Therapy(VRT). VRT is exposure therapy in a safe environment. The research suggests VRT is 90% effective. Seek out a therapist who uses VRT in your area. You can find providers through www.psious.com, www.limbix.com, or www.virtuallybetter.com.

Therapy: Talk to a therapist; various approaches are very helpful in resolving fear of crowds, including cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt). Might also wanna look into emotional freedom techniques (eft). The latter is a self help technique also known as tapping. Check it out on you tube! let me know how you fare, or if you need further assistance.
