Cost?: I'm not sure what that procedure even is. You would definitely need to call the office where you would like to have the procedure to find out the cost.

It depends: It varies from doctor to doctor depending on the area and of course the experience of the dentist. This is a limited treatment and may not work for everyone, you should get well informed about the outcome before you spend your money, I assume Treatment would cost between 5k to $ 7,500.00.
