Not likely: The overall intensity of black light bulbs was too low to cause any effects on the vision. The intensity of the light was simply enough to cause flurorescent dyes on objects and clothes to shine nicely. Most of these environments had very loud music and the delayed effect on hearing is a much more likely issue.
