When i was taking a shower yesterday, my vision started to dim until i can no longer see anything and it was pitch black even though my eyes were open and the light was still on. then i fell and i did not realize i fell until seconds later. am i ok?

TBD: Fainting or syncope can be an isolated incident or signify serious problems. All episodes of syncope should be throughly evaluated by a physician.
