Could be muscle/ rib: You can try Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin for 3 to 5 days .if no relief see your primary doc

Pain: Sharp bursts of pain may be a side stich. Cause is unknown. Treatment consists of Ibuprofen or extr strength tylenol (acetaminophen)
