Hiatal hernia: I'm afraid i can't explain all your symptoms with a single diagnosis. The irregular periods are a mystery to me. It may be worth seeing a gastroenterologist (gi doctor) to test to see if you have a hiatal hernia. This is when part of your stomach is in the chest. It can cause chest pain (more on the left), and abdominal pain. An upper endoscopy to look at your stomach might be a good idea.
