A member asked:

If the power of attorney over somebody has a stroke, can she still be the power of attorney?

Competence: This is a question more suited for answering by a lawyer, but in my opinion, as long as the person with power of attorney remains competent to make judgements about finances, property and persons, then he or she can remain the power of attorney.
