Stroke vs TIA: Stroke really refers to a neurological event where this is sign of damage. A tia, is a transient stroke like episode where studies are often normal. A bit unusual to have a "stroke" and not see anything on mri, but certainly not impossible. Might miss signs of damage on a ct scan. Stroke in young people is unusual and hope that you have a complete evaluation. Best of luck.
