Laymen explanation: On the outer part of the left lung, something doesn't look quite normal. What I see may represent a disease process just starting, but I can't tell exactly what it is. The lung is not collapsed.

Basically : A normal cleat x raybut was a bit foggy at the base not the left so the would not say for sir if it was normal or I'd you we're a starting to develop a problem there. Is doc clinically thought you were ok there by listening it was normal .
