1st trimester bleed: Any bleeding in the first trimester is labelled a threatened miscarriage. No sex, tampons, or douching. Take it easy and call doctor tomorrow. Unless significant bleeding or pain, don't go to ER-nothing can prevent it if it is going to happen.
