Maybe: Diabetics with poor glucose control may be more likely to have ovulation dysfunction. In addition women with glucose control issue may have PCOS (polycyctic ovarian sydrome), which by definition is associated with menstrual abnormalities and insulin resistance. Your thyroid level needing adjust may also be a cause.
