My ball gladder is inflated, but i do not have stones or any other abnormality, is it possible to reduce it and live life without removal surgery.

Need more info: How did you find out your gall bladder is "inflated"? Are you having pain? What imaging was done? If you don't have gallstones or pain related to your gallbladder, there is no need to have it removed surgically just because it is "inflated" or enlarged. If you have an inflamed gallbladder, also known as chronic cholecystitis, you should talk to your doctor about other treatment possibilities.
