Many things: It is difficult to tell over the internet. Do you have any other symptoms? I assume the bumps just started today. If they continue to spread or don`t go away see a doctor for a proper evaluation.

Bumps or : Rashes need to be seen for proper diagnosis. They can come from a bunch of things and appropriate diagnosis is a must to get the right treatment
