Possibly: You may have had an incomplete disimpaction or may be having some cramping as a result of an increase in intestinal movements or gas. If you have never had routine screening for colon cancer (colonoscopy being the most comprehensive), this event should serve as a reminder to see a gastroenterologist for this.
