If you are truly impacted and can't relieve it with a tap water enema, the next step is manual disimpaction preferably by a health professional. Do you have any friends who are nurses or MD's? If you're in severe distress with abdominal pain,cramps,bloating vomiting , head to the hospital emergency room.
