Thyroid function: If you had any symptoms thought related to your subclinical hypothyroidism, then you could see if your symptoms improve. The whole thing about "subclinical" is that it is typically below the symptom threshhold. You should definitely have your blood rechecked in about 6 weeks. I wish you the best!

Probably won't.: Symptoms of hypothyroidism include weight gain, fatigue, constipation, feeling cold all the time, depression, dry skin and brittle hair. If you had any of those symptoms, they may improve with supplementation. However, most subclinical hypothyroidism patient's are asymptomatic.

You will: not know because your thyroid was functioning well though required extra pituitary help. The lab will show if your TSH has normalized

You wont.: The term "subclinical" means its presently not symptomatic just evident when the lab value was checked. Don't look for any symptomatic change.

You prob won't: With subclinical, essentially no symptoms and just a laboratory diagnosis, then truly the follow-up blood test will let you know.
