Diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism (tsh 6.78) in 2014.since then on 50 mcg synthroid until right after i had second child in 2018 tsh went too low & im on 25 mcg since then.last 2 years tsh rising slowly.now at 3.20. what could be happening?

It is likely that your own thyroid is making less hormone now than when you started the treatment and it may continue to deteriorate. Your TSH is in the normal range now. You need to get follow up testing as advised by your doctor and may need to increase the dose of medication if TSH goes above 5 or so. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
