It happens...but..: At a listed age of 19 it is unlikely you will grow any taller. Women usually add 2-3 inches after initial menses and stop. You can only grow taller if your growth centers open. These usually close in women at 15-17. You can have an x-ray done of your wrist/hand to assess growth centers. If this reveals a bone maturity greater than 18 you are done.

At 19: You have most likely attained your maximal height. Though your epiphyseal growth plate fuses around the age of 25years. Theoretically you could still grow but unlikely
