I had tender lump under my upper eyelid, its painless, its not red its almost a month now but i can see it become clearer in the skin. is this danger?

Probably chalazion: You might have had a stye in the lid (sometimes these occur without any significant symptoms) and in the battle of your body to get rid of it, the stye was surrouded by a cystic structure which quiets down the lid. This is called a chalazion. There is no danger to this but it can be removed if it bothers you in your ophthalmologists' office.
