Infection.: This is suggestive of a stye. This is an infection of the glands of the upper or lower lid. This may require an antibiotic and is important to see your doctor. Use some warm compresses three times a day until you can see the doctor. If you can not get an appt, go to the local urgent care. Best wishes.
