Height: At your age it is unlikely that you will grow any taller as the growth plates in your long bones are most likely closed by now. If you have been 170cm for more than a year or so you can be pretty sure this is so. However, X-rays of your hands can be done to determine what is called "bone age". If by chance your bone age is younger than 19 then you may grow a bit more.
