This mix is: dangerous. Because of how long it takes to fully eliminate drugs from your system- today's drugs are added to the drugs or metabolites that remain in your body from previous use.

Combination: both narcotic and benzos are " downers" although at first you may feel different their combination is dangerous and many deaths have occurred when combined. Other things not to combine is with alcohol, antidepressants and mood stabilizers. Look for help don't become a statistic
