No set number: There is no set number of calories just based on age and weight. You need to take into account how active the person is as well. This is an important part of energy in vs energy out needing to balance. Generally, would be between about 1500 cal/day up to as much as 3000 calories per day if a very active person. Ask doctor to help you follow weight and growth as you are just about to begin puberty.
