Possibly: Itchy watery eyes and nasal congestion occur frequently with allergies and allergic conjunctivitis. Lightheadedness is possible but may also be related to medications or other factors. Your use of both Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Alavert may be a factor. See your doctor. Also consider using prescription eye drops that can be very effective in dealing with this cluster of symptoms. occur
