Since mould appear in house have had cough, itchy/watery eyes, and what feel like post nasal drip. does it sound like mould allergy or something else?

Possible: Mold allergy can cause all of your symptoms but need testing to be certain. One helpful hint is that your symptoms would improve or resolve within a day after leaving the house. Regardless, you need to stay out of the affected area (which needs be isolated) until the mold and water problem has been fixed.
