Hard to say: Without actually looking at the ultrasound , it is nearly impossible to say what it is you are looking at. I will presume that at this very early stage it may be the fetus . You will still need a follow up visit to see better the anatomy of the fetus

Pelvic ultrasound showed visualized uterine mass 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.0 cm on right lateral. right and left adnexa unremarkable. Normal cul-de-sac visualized. myometrium appears heterogeneous. I have had no symptoms of anything. What does this mean?
