Go to the ER: If you are in unbearable psychic pain then you need to go to the ER. They can evaluate you and determine if admission is needed. If they cannot admit you they can at least get you hooked up with the right people in the mental health community who can help you as an outpatient.

If you are truly: that desperate, and you certainly sound so an ED will certainly evaluate you and hopefully have a psychiatric team consult to provide resources or if necessary, admission. Best of luck.
