If you are trying to avoid medications you need to find a life coach/therapist that teaches relaxation techniques. Learn these and you can face life without meds. Supplements are just natures drugs that are not monitored by the FDA until they start killing people. The industry is unregulated & many products contain little or none of what they claim to be.
