I suffer from hypochondria and i've noticed that i begin to feel better around 6pm-7pm. it's almost like i'm carefree and thinking "rationally". but throughout the day i'm depressed and scared. why?

This is called diurnal or twice daily variation and is likely linked to our chronobiological clocks (the internal system in our bodies that regulate our bodily functions throughout a 24 hour period, the circadian rhythm).
