Neither: Cancer or hepatitis are pretty extreme. I would go with herpes, bacterial infections or nutritional deficiency or just poor oral hygiene. Hepatitis possible with unprotected sex, but won't really cause the symptoms u are speaking of. Start by seeing u'r primary care doc.
