Widen the search: You and your healthcare provider need to widen the search for possible enlarged lymph nodes. This often requires looking for various types of inflammatory pathology(problems) like different types of infections and even cancers(though you issues may have nothing to do with cancer). Please make sure you discuss this with your doctor if you haven't otherwise.

Lymph nodes: Talk to your doctor about the next steps. The mammogram may be normal, but bilateral axillary adenopathy is only very rarely due to breast pathology.
