Hydrocephalus: Stomach shakes are not typical of hydrocephalus. The classic presentation is difficulty walking, short-term memory loss and urinary incontinence. If shunt tubing has been placed in the peritoneal cavity then an infection may be the cause of the 'stomach shakes'. See a neurosurgeon for the hydrocephalus
