Not likely: I don't think that there would be a relationship between hydrocephalus and loose watery stools and quivering of the abdominal area. The diarrhea and abdominal symptoms may be due to irritable bowel syndrome or a viral gastroenteritis. Other infectious causes could occur but are less likely.
