Depends: Your weight is a measure of your height, genetics, exercise level and associated factors like any illness, condition you may have etc. How Tall you are makes a huge difference. Are you exercising? Is your stomach flabby? If you are muscular you can gain weight but actually be healthier. Talk with your Dr about how to lose weight for you. Cardio exercise targets the stomach area. Good luck.
