im 6'1, weigh 210lbs. always been heavy. 39 inch waist, stomach has a hang of about an inch, soft fat. if i lose 40lbs, will i have loose hangin skin?

Potentially: At age 20 skin should still have a lot of resiliency. Be physically active to help the process. Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy & be physically active. Calories burned must > consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches & exercise ball crunch.
