No: There is no scientific evidence of any harmful effects of MRI under normal conditions. There is no cumulative dose effect of the magnetic field, as there is with radiation and multiple CT scans, for example.

We are made up of..: Electromagnetic energy. Overall MRI's are much safer than CT's and X-rays. They do have some radiation emission, but it is different that XRays and therefore not harmful as these other modalities.
