Need a checkup: "Pins and needles" sensation can be due to a peripheral neuropathy. that is a problem with the nerves to the legs that can be due to a number of problems, ranging from vitamin deficiencies to diabetes. You need a thorough evaluation by your physician to find the cause and to treat it.
