A neurologist: Found through your family doc would be a good person to answer this question. I see that you also have back pain and headache. There may be a neurological/nerve condition present. Your doc can identify it and treat you. Peace and good health.

Impingement: Numbness and tingling on twisting or position changes are usually impingement of spinal nerves by a bulging disk or narrowed spinal opening. Ask your family doc to send you for x-rays and a neurologist referral.
