Don't eat sugar: You're describing reactive hypoglycemia - Sugar is a causes an abrupt oupouring Insulin that causes you blood sugar to drop precipitously, causing your symptoms, that gradually corrects over the next couple of hours. A 5 hour glucose tolerance test can prove it. Eat high protein, low sugar meals to avoid it. Have an egg, not a donut!
