Many (many) different blood tests for Hep B. This sounds like a Hepatitis B surface antibody. It’s usually reported as “positive” (protected) or “negative” (unprotected). When an actual number is reported the interpretation depends on the specific lab running the test and what their cutoff number is. This sounds like it is positive but check with your doc to be sure
