During a panic attack, my heart rate can get up to 150 or 160. i'm 21. is this dangerous? could it cause heart damage/arrest?

No: But you need to control the panic attacks as they are a very serious condition that will probably require help. Seek help as you may not be able to control them yourself. Counseling, relaxation techniques and medications may be all needed. Please do it soon since panic attacks can take over your life.
