Maybe: Please be sure to find out you arent having a panic attack because of a medical cause such as a heart rhythm issue, hyperthyroidism, or the use of diet pills for instance. That is a pretty impressive heart rate at 160 for a panic attack. If you havent already been fully evaluated for these spells with elevated heart rate, then, yes, please go see you doctor.
