Not necessarily: It's extremely rare, but tubal ligations can fail, even after several years. It's unlikely you're pregnant, but if you are concerned, check a pregnancy test. It will probably be negative, and if so, it just means there was a lighter this time. There may have been something with your ovulation. This should correct itself over the next month, but if not, see your GYN.
