The diagnosis of pregnancy usually requires a late or missed or very scant period and ultimately a positive pregnancy test. You are there probably not pregnant, having had no "exposure" sine your last period. You need to discuss effective contraception with a trusted doctor, preferably a gynecologist and preferably before you have sexual intercourse again.
