Nosebleeds: I recommend an ENT to examine your nose for the cause. Not normal to get recurring nosebleeds and can be dangerous. You also need blood work to make sure you haven't developed 'anemia' and/or iron deficiency from chonic bleeding that is causing your fatigue.
