Hard to say : It's hard to put all those symptoms together without more information. More information regarding which labs were done is neccessary. Make sure your coagulation profile and thyroid tests are normal. Consider more abdominal imaging or endoscopy to check out your abdominal pain. For a complicated problem such as yours you should see your physician.
