Unlikely: If you were reinfected during treatment it was probably from your partner's penis, the skin having been colonized by these organisms and transmitted back to you. But the question is how you know you are reinfected midtreatment. If you have new symptoms while taking these medications you need to go back to the doctor and be re-examined. Good luck.
