ERCP/stent: These symptoms are not incompatible with what you state. The question is why you have not had a endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography procedure with possible placement of a stent or removal of the source of blockage. You need to see a GI expert and be appropriately managed. Good luck and wish you better soon.
